What Youll Do

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for partner portfolios.
• Identify and activate cross-sell and commercialization opportunities with sales and marketing.
• Serve as a strategic growth advisor, maximizing partner visibility and business impact.
• Lead partner go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze partner performance metrics, revenue trends, and growth opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools and data for market research and performance analysis.
• Support onboarding and commercialization efforts for new partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop scalable best practices and growth playbooks.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting.
• Relevant experience in the healthcare space, preferably healthcare IT.
