Saks Fifth Avenue is part of Exemplar Luxury Group, the luxury collective uniting coveted brands with unrivaled customer experiences. **Job Description:** YOU WILL BE:• Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance and fulfillment.• Demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships• Evaluates progress against key performance drivers and assess organizational opportunities and risks• Drives positive outcomes through objectives and measures while monitoring progress and results• Consistently generates and shares original ideas, tackling both simple and complex problemsWHAT YOU WILL DO:• Merchandise:• Process inbound merchandise, placement and presentation of merchandise on selling floor.• Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.• Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery and supply replenishment.• Fullfillment:• Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer• Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs• Ad hoc responsibilities if neededWHAT YOU WILL BRING:• Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds• Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards• Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms)• Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks• Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only) **YOUR LIFE AND CAREER AT EXEMPLAR LUXURY GROUP:** * Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformation* Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporate* Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)* An amazing employee discount Benefits: We offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, disability insurance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits (such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance).
