Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in leading boutique operations, driving sales and team development in a fast paced luxury retail environment. This role involves assisting with business planning, supporting the sales floor, and maintaining boutique standards to deliver exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities Assist boutique manager with business planning, sales monitoring and KPI action plans Support daily boutique operations including stock rotation and visual merchandising Manage back of house organization, paperwork, reporting and compliance Participate in vendor management and BTQ hospitality replenishment Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans Coach and mentor team members to develop performance Work on the sales floor delivering exceptional client service and contributing to targets Requirements Minimum 5 years in the luxury retail industry or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer centric mindset with strong client experience skills Business driven and analytical with self management ability Proven leadership and team management capability Outgoing and open personality Ability to build long term client relationships #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
