Safety Reporting Business Application Specialist - Hyderabad

Johnson & Johnson

Guardant Health seeks a field-based Account Executive to promote Shield, a blood-based colorectal cancer screening test, to primary care providers in the Wayne, NJ area. The role combines sales target achievement with strategic market expansion and cross-functional collaboration to advance early cancer detection.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting, relationship-building, and execution of national sales strategies
Build relationships with primary care providers and secure adoption commitments for Shield CRC testing
Provide in-depth product knowledge and training to primary care practices for workflow integration
Identify new business opportunities within territory and develop phlebotomy draw agreements with regional laboratories
Develop and execute business plans aligned with brand strategies for successful launch of cancer screening technologies

Requirements

Minimum 4 years customer-facing healthcare sales (diagnostics, medical device, or pharma) OR 2 years healthcare sales plus clinical experience (RN/PA)
Demonstrated ability to engage in sales conversations, overcome objections, and align client needs with solutions
Strong understanding of healthcare provider landscape and ability to quickly learn technical product knowledge
Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Veeva
Superior negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Tenacity, resilience, and proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
