Route Sales Representative

Compensation Annual compensation range: $75,000 – $91,000, comprising a base hourly wage plus commission. Duties include maintaining a clean and professional appearance, building and sustaining strong customer relationships, daily vehicle checks and accurate record‑keeping, and driving logs and hours of service. RSRs must be flexible to work varying schedules and early morning starts (often around 3:00 am), with days off typically on Wednesday and Sunday. The role requires expanding shelf space, displaying in‑store promotions effectively, rotating products to maximize shelf life, and using data and marketing plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction. RSRs operate in a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) environment, collaborating with customers during designated service windows and occasionally working non‑traditional business hours. Experience as a delivery driver is beneficial, and the role demands independence and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Sales experience. Delivery driver experience. High school diploma or GED. Essential Job Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years. Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. Valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record. Meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines. Adhere to federal, state, and local rules governing CMV operation. Complete 4‑week company‑paid RSR training. Push or pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. Bilingual in English and Spanish is an added advantage but not required.
