Account Coordinator

Role Summary As an Account Coordinator at Agforce, you will coordinate less‑than‑truckload shipments, ensuring accurate execution and reliable service. The role focuses on customer operations and business development duties within a team environment. Responsibilities Communicate daily with customers to resolve issues and coordinate operations. Assist multiple reps with day‑to‑day operational and customer‑facing needs. Oversee the successful completion of daily commitments and load board management. Perform operational activities such as tracking, tracing, load building, and setting appointments. Use internal systems and software to manage daily business activities. Bid on and execute transactional/spot market opportunities. Read and understand freight markets to price freight accordingly. Communicate effectively across all groups. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Preferred – Bachelor’s degree. Experience Required – Preferred: relevant experience. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Understanding of U.S. markets and seasonality. Knowledge of transportation industry terms and definitions. Physical Demands & Requirements Predominantly sedentary work. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. Requires hearing and clear visual acuity for reading and viewing computer terminals.
