Salary: $35.00 per hour Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st shift, 100% onsite

What's a typical day as a Buyer/Planner? You'll be:
- Managing manufacturing planning to ensure on-time delivery to customers and overseeing the Kanban ordering process.
- Handling supplier communications, negotiations, document preparation, and records management.
- Administering financial transactions, scheduling, inventory management, and supporting problem-solving efforts.
- Developing and standardizing processes as a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Applying knowledge of international procurement and shipping cost models by working with Procurement and Global Planning Teams.
- Analyzing manufacturing capacity to plan inventory levels, locations, and execute forecasting and planning programs.
- Promoting problem-solving around key deliverables and supporting Daily Management initiatives.
- Collaborating with material team members to ensure on-time delivery and effective material execution.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience in planning and controlling inventory within supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Possess advanced Excel skills and experience with Kanban, Oracle, or similar inventory systems.
- Bring planning and buying experience, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Are adept at following written and verbal instructions and are proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
- Communicate effectively across multiple sites, departments, and leadership levels.
