The Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead is responsible for leading and working alongside a crew to execute landscape enhancement projects efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. This role combines hands-on landscape work with leadership, customer service, and project coordination to ensure timely completion of enhancement services such as installations, upgrades, and seasonal improvements.**Key Responsibilities:** **Crew Leadership & Supervision*** Lead, train, and motivate a landscape enhancement crew to meet daily production goals* Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to specifications and safety standards* Monitor crew performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback* Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to company safety policies**Project Execution*** Perform and supervise landscape enhancement services including, but not limited to:* Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers* Mulching and bed enhancements* Hardscape installation (pavers, edging, small retaining walls, etc.)* Irrigation repairs and upgrades* Seasonal color and landscape upgrades* Read and interpret enhancement work orders, plans, and scopes of work* Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and presentable at all times**Job Requirements*** 2–5 years of landscape or enhancement experience, including leadership or crew lead responsibilities* Strong knowledge of landscape installation, materials, and best practices* Ability to lead by example and work alongside crew members in all weather conditions* Experience operating landscaping equipment (skid steer, mini-excavator, etc.) preferred* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (chauffeur or DOT card preferred, if applicable)**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
