job summary:
Join a national security leader in San Diego, CA as a Field Construction Manager managing naval clinical facilities. This role requires an expert with 3+ years of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering experience and DoD knowledge to help solve the world's toughest challenges.

responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and emergency repairs at assigned Naval Base clinical buildings through routine site visits.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish, monitor, and successfully meet critical project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
• Develop accurate estimates and ROMs, proactively resolving on-site project issues to ensure strict quality control.
• Represent Our Client by attending all scheduled Government meetings and providing daily status updates directly to Government Leadership.
• Compile detailed monthly reports to ensure and document full compliance with Our Client's contract requirements.
