Cost Accounting Manager

Lead and improve critical accounting functions including cost accounting, inventory, procure-to-pay, fixed assets, and operational accounting. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field required; CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including strong expertise in cost accounting, inventory management, procure-to-pay processes, fixed assets, and month-end close. Manufacturing or other inventory-intensive industry experience is required. Public company experience is highly preferred, along with proven leadership experience managing accounting, accounts payable, procurement, or shared services teams. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit support, and ERP systems. Remote opportunity for candidates residing in Arizona, offering a competitive salary of $115,000 - $125,000, plus bonus and equity participation.
