Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire a CNC Operator in Stanchfield, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers. Multiple shifts: Day shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm Night shift 3:30 pm 12:00 am Pay: DOE Paid weekly!

Job Summary: To run production machines, to produce quality parts per customer specifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Possess basic math skills
• Ability to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line.
• Reliable
• Must be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safe environment for self and others. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program.
• Run CNC Machines
• Inspect parts
• Complete reports
• Run jobs according to work instructions
• Keep the area clean and well organized.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Mechanical ability
• Basic understanding of shop math
• Basic micrometer and caliper usage skills
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to communicate with a variety of people.
• Ability to handle stress

Work Environment: Work is performed in a manufacturing setting where one is exposed to noise, heat, humidity, and cold
