Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air systems in the US. We have developed a detailed sales approach which provides our sales force with a proactive toolbox of customer focused techniques that showcase our expertise in system design and optimization. In addition, our reputation for quality and longevity leads to solid long term customer relationships.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to be our Sales Manager in growing Charlotte Branch. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the US Compressed air market. Previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will:

• Utilize the 360 Selling Model to develop strong Territory Managers.
• Execute growth plans to increase Kaeser market share in assigned branch territory.
• Create sales opportunities by systematically applying compressed air design principles.
• Execute national sales strategies to achieve consistent growth in sales revenue.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate's background will include:

• HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
• 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, minimum of 10 years of directly related experience.
• The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
• Exhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.
• Bi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)
• Clean driving record (required).
• Computer skills (required).
• SAP experience A PLUS!

This is a salary plus commission position, with an annual range of $120,000-$160,000, to commensurate with experience and performance.
