The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in the company's success by taking a hands-on approach to leading the development and ongoing enhancement of the CRM system used to manage dealer network information, while collaborating closely with the sales operations team, cross-functional partners, and global teammates. Managing the CRM, dealer data, and driving ease of use of dealer management tools are the core responsibilities of the role. The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally and partner globally to identify areas for process improvement, oversee report management, and proactively assess and understand user needs, with a focus on streamlining processes and leveraging automation where possible. This role will serve as the key point of contact for identifying and troubleshooting functional, process, and system issues in North America and managing them through to resolution. As the Sales Operations Manager, you'll be tasked with:

• Administering the CRM, including testing and upgrades, as well as integrations with other platforms and systems, and assisting HQ in identifying opportunities to connect to the Positec Portal and other third-party vendors.
• Ensuring that customer database and communication records are updated and maintained, coordinating content cleaning and maintenance to generate necessary reports, analysis, and utilization optimization.
• Focus on dealer management, including but not limited to dealer onboarding, data maintenance, data integrity, mapping, and dealer development tools.
• Build and maintain an industry-leading awareness of HubSpot and other capabilities, trends, and roadmaps to assist in driving engagement and leveraging CRM tools to their fullest.
• Develop strategy and lead the execution of user account management (e.g., creating different account profiles for appropriate levels of data access, creating new user accounts, and routinely deactivating inactive user accounts).
• Support and deliver end-user training/documentation as well as assessment of use and opportunities for development and upskilling.
• Analyze data to help optimize dealer interactions and perform quality control checks of data.
• Partner with other team members and cross-functional global groups as necessary to ensure data integration and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
• Participate in field business compliance audits.
• Lead special projects as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM software applications preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a data-oriented, analytical environment.
• Solid working knowledge of CRM platforms and strong ability to build custom apps and objects, rules, queries, dashboards, and workflows.
• Ability to be proactive and shift priorities as projects and/or timelines demand.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy of data and data entry.
• Excellent customer service/relationship skills.
• High level of responsiveness to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
