Case Manager Utilization RN

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Case Manager Utilization RN to coordinate patient care while optimizing resource use within our technology-enabled health system. In this role, you will conduct concurrent and retrospective utilization reviews, interpret clinical data, and apply evidence-based criteria to support appropriate levels of care. You will collaborate closely with physicians, IT-enabled care teams, and payors, document determinations in electronic systems, and identify process improvements.
