Our growing clinic is eager to welcome a physician who is passionate about practicing the full range of Family Medicine.
Position Overview:- Become part of a dedicated team of 4 Family Medicine and Obstetrics (FMOB) physicians, with the opportunity to collaborate and share on-call duties with 7 additional colleagues.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 10 to 16 individuals each day.
- Enjoy a 4-day work week, with the possibility of other flexible scheduling options.
- Participate in optional C-sections, with mentorship provided.
- Engage with a new Family Medicine Residency Program.
- Join an independent organization that has successfully added 19 Family Medicine physicians in the past four years.
- The hospital is situated on a sprawling 630 acres, featuring 8 miles of ski trails and a 30-acre lake complete with a boat landing.
- Employed by the hospital with a guaranteed salary, performance bonuses, and call pay, totaling nearly $400,000 annually.
- Attractive sign-on bonus of $150,000, paid upfront, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
- Eligibility for a 6-month sabbatical after every 10 years of service.
- Located in one of the Midwest's premier vacation spots, known for hosting North America's largest cross-country skiing event.
