Human Resources Manager

Our headquarters are in Chicago, with offices worldwide. We are searching for a full-time, experienced, and dynamic Human Resources Manager to work in the Chicago office. This role will lead and manage all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, compensation, compliance, and policy administration. This position partners with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support organizational goals through effective people strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries. Coordinate and manage performance review processes and merit increase programs. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records. Responsible for all ADP Workforce Now payroll administration including preparation and submittal of bi-weekly payroll. Responsible for all payroll reporting. Maintain accurate employee records, including performance reviews, PTO balance, salary data, and job descriptions, and audit compliance.
