Patient Care Coordinator

Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Medical Office Setting

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST

$18-$19/hour DOE

4-month contract - possibility of extension

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join a busy healthcare team. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays an essential part in ensuring a positive patient experience while supporting daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

• Check patients in for appointments and assist with the registration process

• Enter and update patient demographics, insurance information, and other registration data

• Make appointment reminder calls

• Scan and maintain patient documentation

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties

• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

• Support clinicians and staff with front office operations

Team Environment

You will work alongside a collaborative healthcare team consisting of:

• Medical Assistants

• Clinicians

• Nurses

Qualifications

Healthcare experience preferred

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Strong computer skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems

Medical Records (MR) experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with EPIC EMR

Bilingual in Spanish

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
