This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy Mediterranean restaurant and can keep both the team and service running smoothly. You will lead the shift from start to finish, support team members, maintain high standards of food and hospitality, and help create a positive environment for guests and staff. We need a reliable leader who can step in, make decisions, and keep things moving.
