Select Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

We’re seeking an Assistant Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll support a defined book of business by completing key service tasks at the direction of the Client Service team. You will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring accurate processing of policy transactions, and supporting client deliverables. This position offers growth through stretch assignments and exposure to client interaction while working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to deliver high‑quality service.Your ImpactExecute assigned service tasks for a book of business with accuracy and efficiencyProcess policy transactions including certificates, endorsements, audits, and invoicing requestsMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date documentation within the system of recordSupport client deliverables such as proposals, renewal materials, and loss analysisPerform initial review and quality checks on quotes and policy documentsContribute to team initiatives, retention efforts, and continuous process improvementSuccessful Candidate Will HaveEntry‑level to one-plus years of experience in a professional or service environmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of workAbility to follow processes and procedures with strong attention to detailSolid analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and maintain composure under pressureInsurance license or willingness to obtain one as required by the companyAbout Brown & Brown, Inc.Brown & Brown, Inc.
