Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and patient-focused CT Technologist to join a leading outpatient imaging team located in Santa Clara County, CA . This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-quality care environment where advanced imaging technology supports accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with radiologists and clinical teams.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift (No Weekends)

Assignment Type: Contract / Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $83/ hourly - $2,656.00 - $3,172.00 weekly (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

Imaging & Technical Execution:

• Perform CT (Computed Tomography) scans using advanced imaging equipment
• Select and adjust technical parameters to ensure optimal image quality
• Accurately capture cross-sectional images to assist in diagnosis
• Maintain proper operation and care of imaging equipment

Patient Care & Safety:

• Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and answering questions
• Review patient history and ensure all pre-scan requirements are met
• Position patients correctly to obtain accurate imaging results
• Monitor patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures

Clinical Collaboration:

• Work closely with radiologists to ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Communicate findings and workflow updates with clinical staff
• Support a smooth patient flow and positive clinic experience

Documentation & Compliance:

• Accurately document procedures in EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training

Operational Excellence:

• Maintain an organized and efficient imaging workflow
• Adhere to scheduled appointments and departmental standards
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT (R) certification required
• CT certification required (ARRT-CT or equivalent)
• Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
• BLS certification required
• Venipuncture certification required
• Minimum 3 years of CT experience
• Experience with PACS and RIS systems

• Familiarity with EMR platforms (EPIC preferred)
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient positioning
• Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced setting
