Via 313 is hiring Trailer Back of House Team Members to help bring our award-winning Detroit-style pizza to some of Austin's favorite outdoor venues. This is a hands-on role where you'll work both behind the scenes preparing food and in front of guests providing friendly counter service. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and learning multiple aspects of restaurant operations, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Prepare and cook food according to Via 313 standards Build and serve our award-winning Detroit-style pizzas Provide friendly counter service and assist guests with ordering Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Stock, prep, and support daily trailer operations Jump in wherever the team needs support Deliver a great guest experience from first order to final slice What We're Looking For At least 21 years old Weekend availability required Valid Food Handler Certificate Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented and dependable Restaurant experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person Willingness to learn both kitchen and guest-facing responsibilities Why You'll Love Working Here Average earnings of $24-$27/hr (hourly wage + tips) $5 pizzas during scheduled shifts Health insurance after 60 days for eligible full-time team members PTO after 1 year of full-time employment Paid training Promotions from within Team Member Referral Bonus ($200 after 90 days) Flexible scheduling Jeans and t-shirt uniform Tattoos and piercings welcome Discounts at all Via 313 locations About Our Trailer Team Our trailers operate with crews of 15-25 team members, with 2-8 team members working each shift depending on volume.
