Work Environment

The work environment at LifeMotion is dynamic and patient-focused, emphasizing teamwork and mutual support among staff. This onsite role in a home care setting allows you to engage with patients in a familiar and comfortable environment, enhancing their recovery experience. Your work schedule will typically be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced lifestyle while contributing significantly to the well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical limitations and requirements, ensuring the development of an accurate and individualized treatment plan.
• Design and implement treatment strategies using various therapeutic modalities, exercises, and hands-on techniques to promote healing and functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, encouraging active participation and fostering understanding of their recovery process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and share insights for positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes to track patient developments and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and practices.
• Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques, participating in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, from young adults recovering from sports injuries to older adults managing chronic pain conditions. This varied patient population demands a holistic approach tailored to individual goals and lifestyles, focusing on restoring function and improving overall mobility. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess a valid Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
