Job Description The Liquidity Solutions Product Manager role is responsible for defining and implementing the Liquidity Solutions business strategy. They will play a strategic role in the lifecycle of the liquidity solutions product set while incorporating the voice of the customer. They will partner closely with technology leads to define and create the overall product strategy, document requirements for design and engineering partners, delivery and go‑to‑market plan that aligns with business goals. They will also work closely with all Transaction Banking teams including Operations and Sales to implement and manage core product capability and to develop innovative new liquidity solutions to meet client needs. Role Summary This role requires an understanding of corporate liquidity products, including deposit accounts, term deposits, Money Market Fund Sweeps, cash concentration, virtual accounts, and notional pooling. An understanding of client challenges/opportunities and industry trends will be required as inputs into the Liquidity Solutions strategic product roadmap. Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert in liquidity products and cash management solutions Understand the current liquidity products industry landscape, including current trends Execute against product strategy to build out our liquidity solutions roadmap Understand product development methodologies and strategies needed to fulfill delivery Scoping input for the product development team from initial strategy to delivery and beyond Identify, document requirements, and develop new capabilities aimed at delivering customer value Communicate with the team to provide focus against prioritized product development goals Translate between business requirements and technology specifications – in both directions: top‑down and bottom‑up Document clear user stories and acceptance criteria to collaborate, direct, and inform Design and Technology resources Present complex ideas and processes in easy‑to‑consume presentations to gain stakeholder alignment and drive initiatives Support Sales in responding to complex RFPs, non‑standard information requests Support Sales in delivering product demos and best‑and‑final solution presentations (over phone or in‑person) Support Sales with client needs identification, solution recommendations, and pricing Provide training and support to Sales and business partners on new payments product capabilities Contribute input into marketing strategy and communications plans Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or military experience Understanding of risks and mitigants related to Liquidity products and solutions Experience in designing, building and rolling out new liquidity products and owning the process from start to finish Experience with liquidity solutioning including virtual accounts and cash concentration Experience with responding to RFPs and leading pitches centered around liquidity solutions Extremely strong presentation and communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills Team player with ability to collaborate with business and cross‑divisional partners Self‑motivated individual interested in a fast‑paced and rapidly evolving organization Knowledge of regulatory landscape related to Liquidity Commitment to excellence and integrity Location Dallas, TX Equal Opportunity Employer Goldman Sachs is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, veterans status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
