Account Manager - The Doctors Lower Hutt

Account Manager Exceptional opportunity to join our dynamic team as a valued account manager. Position Summary Permanent full‑time, 40 hours per week. Location: Lower Hutt, Wellington, New Zealand. Pay: $36.00 gross per hour. Key Responsibilities Submit and manage ACC claims and payments Process invoices from third‑party providers (e.g., Oranga Tamariki, Suremed) Manage patient debt and bad debtors, including debt collection Assist with budget preparation and oversee monthly medical centre expenditure Complete end‑of‑month and end‑of‑financial‑year reporting aligned to KPIs Maintain and update documentation for operational processes Manage contracts with maintenance personnel Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a primary care setting, supported by a bachelor’s degree or higher Knowledge of MedTech Evolution Conduct quality monitoring audits and ensure accurate record‑keeping in line with company audit procedures Knowledge of ACC claim submissions and payments Expertise in managing PHO funding streams, including submitting claims and processing payments Previous support in accreditation processes such as RNZCGP Foundation and Cornerstone Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong understanding of the Code of Health and Disability Services Consumers’ Rights Sound knowledge of the Privacy Act Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and financial administration capability Benefits Opportunities for career advancement and growth Supportive and dynamic work environment Access to training and professional development programs Various discounts at retail and service providers, including discounted health insurance and gym memberships Eligibility Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
