Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator role based in Palm Harbor. The Social Media Content Creator will plan, write, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, creating posts (copy, images, short videos), monitoring social channels, and interacting with followers to build community and brand awareness. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, suggesting improvements, staying current with social media trends, and collaborating closely with account managers, designers, and other team members to support integrated campaigns. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in social media content creation, including writing, basic graphic design, and short-form video production.Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and tools for scheduling and analytics.Ability to plan and manage content calendars, coordinate campaigns, and align content with broader marketing strategies.Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and brand guidelines.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site agency environment.Familiarity with paid social advertising, audience targeting, and performance optimization is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment and knowledge of local or community-focused marketing strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Regional Client
