Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Warwick, RI. This is a 6-month initial contract opportunity that will begin with required onsite training, followed by a transition to a remote work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience , with call center experience preferred . Experience within the insurance industry is highly desired .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, professional assistance.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Explain policies, procedures, and account information clearly.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update account information.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Meet established quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Call center experience desired.
• Insurance industry experience highly desired.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Training & Remote Work

• Initial training will be conducted onsite in Warwick, RI.
• Candidates must be available to complete the required onsite training.
• Upon successful completion of training, the position will transition to remote work .
• Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Occasional onsite attendance may be required based on business needs.
