What You'll Do As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility Collecting co-pays, payments, and outstanding balances Managing patient communications and follow-up calls Assisting patients with questions regarding treatment and insurance coverage Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation Supporting daily front office operations and team initiatives Delivering an exceptional patient experience with every interaction What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Experienced in dental front office operations Knowledgeable in patient scheduling and insurance verification Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities and collecting payments Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Compassionate and patient-focused Able to prioritize tasks and maintain a sense of urgency A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team Committed to providing outstanding customer service Experience working with PPO, Fee-for-Service (FFS), and Medicaid patients is highly preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with dental software (experience with Denticon is a plus). A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Pay Range USD $19.00 - USD $22.00 /Yr.
