Director OF Clinical Operations

We are seeking an experienced clinical operations professional to support the planning and execution of global clinical studies. This role partners cross‑functionally to drive study delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met in alignment with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day oversight of clinical trials from start‑up through close‑out Manage CROs and vendors to ensure high‑quality, on‑time study execution Track study timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; communicate risks and updates to leadership Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, and applicable regulatory standards Contribute to key study documents (protocols, reports, operational plans) Support vendor selection, study planning activities, and process improvements Maintain TMF quality and overall study documentation Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, accountable team environment Qualifications BS/MS in life sciences or related field 7+ years of clinical research experience, including global trial management Strong background across Phases I–III with CRO/vendor oversight Solid understanding of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements Experience contributing to clinical documentation and study deliverables Strong communication, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration skills Comfortable working across time zones with occasional travel (~10%) #J-18808-Ljbffr
