Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year

This a seller - doer role. You will have a large impact in growing the existing office footprint with various projects and clientele. They already have an established presence with other engineers locally to collaborate with. This is not a from scratch build.

As project demand continues to grow, the firm is seeking a technical leader who can help expand its geotechnical capabilities while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure in the immediate future
Experience managing geotechnical engineering projects from investigation through design and construction support
Background performing and interpreting subsurface investigations, borings, laboratory testing, and geotechnical analyses
Experience preparing geotechnical reports and recommendations for foundations, retaining structures, earthwork, and site development
Experience supporting transportation, marine, federal, commercial, or public infrastructure projects
Ability to mentor junior engineers while developing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Strong communication, technical leadership, and project management skills
