As a Foreman, you will run the daily operation on commercial concrete projects, from foundations to flatwork, leading crews of six or more through pours that shape real, lasting structures. You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers, and keep your crew safe, on schedule, and moving. This role suits someone who already knows how to run a jobsite and wants more scope, more trust, and a clear path forward with an employer growing fast enough to need it.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and support concrete construction crews on commercial projects ranging from mid-size work to multimillion-dollar builds
• Work a schedule that varies based on project needs, including travel across the region, with travel expenses and lodging covered by the company plus a per diem for nights away from home
• Motivate the crew to hit project goals and deadlines
• Train and mentor newer team members
• Enforce safety practices to keep everyone on site safe
• Facilitate brief team huddles at the start and end of each workday to align on priorities
• Collaborate closely with project managers on schedules and plans
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors
• Walk sites ahead of pours to catch problems before they start
• Monitor progress and quality against project specifications and make corrections as needed
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any changes to scope
• Manage the crew's manpower, equipment, and materials to keep production efficient
• Flag any equipment issues that need attention
• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman in commercial concrete construction, ideally leading crews of six or more people
• Experience on projects that include work exceeding one million dollars; residential-only experience does not translate well to this role
• Strong grasp of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings and translate them into clear direction for the crew
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel throughout the region
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification or training in construction management is a plus
