Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, building data models, creating reports, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI or with any other BI visualization tool.
• Develop efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective BI solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Document reporting processes and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on Microsoft Power BI development experience is required.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI data modeling.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and aggregations.
• Experience integrating Power BI with relational databases and other data sources.
• Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data visualization best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
