Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to analyze business data, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support data-driven business decisions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations based on business requirements.
- Analyze trends, patterns, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide actionable business insights.
- Prepare specifications for reports and analytical solutions based on business needs and available data.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and management.
- Apply data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization techniques to ensure data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Experience with BI tools, reporting applications, and/or cloud-based analytics services.
- Knowledge of data integration, cleansing, validation, and visualization.
- Working knowledge of data structures and data manipulation.
- Understanding of reporting capabilities within ERP, CRM, and database platforms.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, mathematical techniques, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Strong research, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective reports and analytical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
