Business Intelligence Analyst

A financial services organization in Vienna, VA is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support digital performance analysis, reporting, and insight generation for business stakeholders.
About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
- Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate digital performance, member behavior, employee experience, and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical solutions that monitor adoption, effectiveness, and operational performance
- Measure the impact of digital enhancements before and after release by defining success metrics, establishing baselines, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Analyze digital journeys and trends using visualizations, funnels, and other reporting methods to uncover patterns and root causes
- Partner with product owners, subject matter experts, and leadership to communicate insights, recommend actions, and support performance management efforts
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Digital Analytics
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and business intelligence tools, including Power BI
- Strong experience with statistical analysis, experiment measurement, cost-benefit analysis, and root cause analysis
- Advanced knowledge of dashboarding, data visualization, data storytelling, and reporting best practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business insights and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting mobile, online banking, digital products, digital experience, or employee-facing technology analytics
- Experience developing dashboards, scorecards, release measurement plans, funnel analysis, journey analytics, or feature adoption reporting
- Experience with Tableau or comparable visualization tools
- Experience with Databricks, Adobe Analytics, Agile environments, or AI/LLM exposure
