Carpenter (Measure Technician)

Position Overview Champion is seeking a Carpenter / Measure Technician. As a Carpenter / Measure Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring the customer’s home for installations and completing service jobs to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Measures for products at customer homes. Repairs windows, siding, and sunrooms. Orders and tracks repair/installation services. Assists Management with reporting and communication as requested. Interacts with homeowners to service their home‑improvement needs. Safely performs all aspects of the job in compliance with all federal, state & local laws. Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred; construction trade school a plus. 3 to 5 years of experience in home improvement / construction involving carpentry, roofing, and window installation. Experience in the use of hand tools such as a brake, utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc. required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Math skills including using a tape measure and angles. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Benefits Highly competitive pay.
