CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

To lead the Technical Accounting function during a phase of growth, the full-time salaried CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting will manage complex accounting issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex issues such as revenue recognition and business combinations Serve as a liaison with external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for technical accounting matters Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Active CPA certification 10+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting with strong expertise in US GAAP Prior public accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 firms Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite Virtual Vocations Inc
