About the Role

The Company is seeking a Tax Compliance Assistant Vice President to join its Global Tax Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the U.S. insurance group's tax compliance function, including oversight of various tax returns and filings. This role requires a professional with a strong background in insurance taxation, capable of developing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders, and ensuring that compliance activities align with the company's strategic goals. The role also involves coordinating with tax structuring and planning teams, monitoring tax legislation, and supporting audit activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's in Taxation and/or CPA designation strongly preferred, and at least 7 years of progressive tax experience, including a significant focus on insurance industry tax. Applicants for the Tax Compliance Assistant Vice President position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a Master's in taxation and/or CPA designation strongly preferred.
