We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our Bariatric & General Surgery team at MedStar Washington Hospital Center.Our exceptional team of Bariatric and General surgeons as well as advanced practice providers treats a wide range of patients with obesity-related illnesses that affect patients' overall quality of life. Although surgery may be an attractive option for eliminating excess weight, it is essential that the procedure be matched with the patient's specific condition, and complemented by a customized, comprehensive health management strategy to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual patient.Using a multidisciplinary approach, we partner with colleagues from other disciplines including registered dietitians, behavioral health, and gastroenterology to develop highly individualized care plans that treat the whole patient. This approach provides patients with high-quality care that is unmatched in our service area.
