Job Summary


We are seeking a dependable Construction General Laborer to assist with a variety of hands-on construction tasks. This position is ideal for someone with basic construction experience, familiarity with tools, and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Construction Support

• Assist with general construction tasks and daily project needs.
• Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies.
• Support skilled tradespeople with job site activities.
• Perform painting, preparation, and cleanup tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Tools & Equipment

• Safely use basic construction hand and power tools.
• Assist with measuring, preparing, and completing job tasks.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
• Follow proper safety procedures when using tools and materials.

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Adapt to changing project needs and priorities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (1-2 years).
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment required.
• Ability to work in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with painting, material handling, or construction site support.
• Familiarity with basic construction methods and job site procedures.
• Previous experience in a skilled trade environment.
