Logistics Specialist

Summary The Logistics Specialist will oversee international and domestic transportation partners to ensure cost-effective, timely, and efficient management of transportation flows across Retail, Wholesale, and E-commerce channels. The role involves monitoring KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders to meet lead-time and budget requirements, and leading projects to optimize processes and reduce costs. The specialist will also support store operations by resolving discrepancies and claims while maintaining clear communication with vendors and partners. Responsibilities Develop and monitor daily KPIs to ensure efficient management of all transportation flows. Maintain proactive communication with key partners and suppliers to obtain updates and elevate major delays or issues. Provide timely updates to corporate teams and brand partners on critical matters, including system issues and significant delays. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet lead-time and budget objectives and lead strategic projects for business continuity and cost reduction. Identify and resolve operational challenges, document issues through resolution, and implement process improvements. Support retail operations by addressing store-related discrepancies, monitoring metrics, and resolving claims. Manage high-volume email communications related to vendors, logistics, and retail operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Logistics or Supply Chain Management a plus. 2-3 years of related experience in supply chain or logistics roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL. Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
