Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
• Provides oncology-focused nursing care, monitors patient status, and contributes to planning, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in California (or eligibility/compact licensing as applicable)
• Oncology nursing experience or exposure preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced oncology setting
• Willingness to participate in a temporary 8-week travel assignment starting 08/17/2026
