Bilingual Staffing Assistant (Spanish/English)

Location: Northwest Austin, TX

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a professional and reliable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and route incoming phone calls

Process and maintain files with accuracy

Assist with payroll-related tasks and data entry

Support general administrative and office functions as needed

Maintain a positive and professional front office

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional, dependable, and punctual

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office preferred)
