Required Qualifications

· Hands-on Oracle Incentive Compensation experience (required and most critical qualification).

· Strong expertise in  Oracle Workforce Compensation and  Oracle Payroll .

· Extensive experience implementing  Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

· Demonstrated leadership of  Testing, SIT, and UAT activities.

· Proven success leading complex  HR Technology projects within Oracle environments.

· Experience defining organizational roles, operational ownership models, and  RACI matrices .

· Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

· Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive consensus among multiple stakeholder groups.

 

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience supporting large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformations.

· Knowledge of post-go-live support models and HR Technology governance frameworks.

· Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.

PMP, Oracle Cloud HCM, or related certifications preferred.
