Locum OB/GYN Physician

OB/GYN Locums Clinic Coverage

Start: August 31, with ongoing dates beginning January 2027.

Schedule: MondayThursday or MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Position Overview:

• General OB/GYN clinic coverage.
• Mix of OB and GYN patients.
• Approximately 1820 patients per day.
• Patient templates include 15-minute follow-ups and 30-minute new-patient visits.
• Support from MAs and ultrasound sonographers.
• EPIC EMR.
• No trauma responsibilities.

Required Procedures/Skills:

• Colposcopy.
• IUD insertion.
• LEEP.
• Endometrial biopsy.
• Hysteroscopy.
• D&C.
• Hysterectomy.
• Must be comfortable managing both OB and GYN.
• Must be able to interpret ultrasounds/sonograms.

Requirements:

• Board Certified OB/GYN.
• Active Colorado license or IMLC with LOQ in hand.
• BLS required for credentialing.
• Active DEA required for credentialing.
• Clean malpractice/background history preferred.
• Must be available for the specified coverage dates.
• Must confirm ongoing monthly availability.
• Must complete required EPIC training before the start date.

Credentialing: Approximately 60 days standard; 30 days or less for temporary providers.

Travel: Travel support available. Providers must agree to use designated preferred lodging when available.
