POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, discovery, case management, and day-to-day legal operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience , strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Conduct legal research involving laws, cases, and regulations.
• Draft and review legal documents, filings, contracts, and correspondence.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files.
• Assist with evidence, exhibits, witness statements, and case preparation.
• Communicate with clients and provide case updates.
• Prepare court filings and track important deadlines.
• Schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions.
• Provide administrative and operational support to attorneys.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 2+ years of paralegal experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
• Employment law experience preferred.
• Legal research and document-management experience.
• Familiarity with LexisNexis and/or Westlaw .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Discovery experience is a plus.

COMPENSATION
• $60,000-$75,000 annual salary.
