Operations and Business Development Associate

Alina Telehealth is a Joint Commission accredited provider of telehealth services, specializing in virtual access to licensed and qualified physicians. Partnering with healthcare facilities, we deliver virtual medical specialties such as Psychiatry, Neurology, Cardiology, and more, serving inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Departments. Role Description This is a full-time, in person role for an Operations/Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads to expand telehealth services. The associate will create and deliver compelling presentations, build relationships with prospective clients, and effectively communicate the value of Alina Telehealth’s services. Collaborating with internal teams, the associate will contribute to strategies that drive business growth and enhance client engagement. Qualifications Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and cultivate business opportunities Strong Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations Excellent Communication skills for client engagement and collaboration with internal teams Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to contribute to data‑driven business strategies Experience in healthcare or telehealth industries is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr Alina TeleHealth
