Job Description Berman Star Nissan is looking for a Service Lane Manager to add to the team! Location: Niles, IL Pay: $125,000/ annually (Commission Role - Total Shop GP, ROs, CSI + ELR) You will help plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives. Automotive Service & Sales Discounts Responsibilities: Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention Train and mentor team members to improve performance and service quality Ensure all service work meets manufacturer standards and customer expectations Hire and develop service advisors and technicians Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to resolve issues Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet goals Qualifications 4 years of experience as a Dealership Service Advisor; preferred Service Lane Manager experience Proven leadership ability to mentor and train team members Proficient time management and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of automotive service operations and profitability strategies Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
