Recruiter - Bilingual French-English

Manage multiple recruitment projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for diverse roles across various industries. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, fostering collaboration. Continuously apply best practices to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Contribute to achieving KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded. Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leaders to support innovative talent strategies. You’ll bring: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work remotely with flexibility to support regional needs.
