Lead Program Director, Mental Health Clinic Operations

Kids for the Future is seeking an Associate Program Director at our New York location to oversee the Article 31 clinic program. This role requires a Master’s degree in social work and NYS licensure as LCSW/LCSW-R, with strong supervisory and data-analysis skills. The Associate Program Director will provide direct social work services, supervise staff and interns, ensure compliance with OMH guidelines, and participate in CQI activities.
