Commercial Real Estate Associate
Location: Orlando, FL
Experience: 3+ years
Our client, a well-established full-service law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate (3+ years) to join its Orlando office. This is a strong opportunity to work within a high-volume, sophisticated transactional practice with meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction.
What You’ll Work On:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate agreements
- Handling contracts related to acquisitions, development, and property use
- Preparing easements, development agreements, and related documentation
- Supporting complex real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Assisting with land use-related agreements (where applicable)
- Managing multiple matters in a fast-paced transactional environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate agreements
- Exposure to development and land use matters is a plus
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and drafting skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of work and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar admission
