NOW HIRING: Part-Time Administrative Assistant | Fort Smith, AR


We're looking for an organized, dependable, and people-friendly professional to step into a part-time Administrative Assistant opportunity with a well-established local organization.


This is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and wants to put their administrative skills to work while connecting with businesses and professionals throughout the River Valley.


What you'll be doing:
• General administrative and office support
• Answering phones and assisting visitors
• Maintaining records and databases
• Assisting with invoicing and payment processing
• Supporting meetings, events, and communications
• Helping with basic marketing and event photos as needed
• Jumping in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly


We're looking for:
Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Canva, social media, CRM/database, or event experience is a plus!


Part-time | 20-25 hours per week
$17/hour
Fort Smith, AR


This position is currently temporary, but there is potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right person.


Must be able to pass background check & drug screen.
